Port Security Bill

Friday, October 13th, 2006, President George W. Bush signed the Port Security Bill and thus bringing it into law.
This Bill is to deter terrorists from smuggling weapons into the United States inside shipping containers from foreign ports.
Attached to the bill was the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act which forces U.S. financial institutions (banks, etc.) to prohibit online gamblers resident in the U.S.A. from using credit cards, cheques and electronic fund transfers (E.F.T.'s) to place and settle bets. The Bill doesn't make online casinos illegal, it just makes it illegal for banks, etc. to accept any payments to and from online casinos.

We, however, do believe that it is illegal to gamble online in the following states:
Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Indiana , Washington, Louisiana , Michigan, New York, New Jersey and Wisconsin

If you reside in any of these states, please refrain from gambling online! The onus remains on you, the player, to ensure that online gambling is legal in your state/jurisdiction!

Below is a list of Online Casinos that still accept U.S. players:
